Shipping For Physical Products:

Nutritional Supplements, Exercise Equipment, Clothing and any other physical goods sold on PhysiqueFX.com
PhysiqueFX offers Free Express shipping on physical product orders of $100 and over, and $4.99 Express shipping on physical product orders under $100. Products are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, and are very often shipped the same day. Delivery to US addresses is provided by USPS, UPS and FedEx and most items are delivered in 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
You will receive a tracking number with all orders so you can keep up to date on the status of your delivery.

Return Policy For Physical Products:
Once your physical items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire).
After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.

All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Please email us with your original order number and the tracking number for your return (info@PhysiqueFX.com).
Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.

Terms and Conditions for PhysiqueFX Services:
Services Include:
PhysiqueFX Nutrition and Training Programs, PhysiqueFX Contest Prep Programs, PhysiqueFX Posing and Stage Presentation Coaching Sessions
All PhysiqueFX Services purchases are final.
All materials and instruction related to PhysiqueFX Services will be delivered electronically.
In most cases, Digital Nutrition and Training Programs will be designed and provided for download either within 6 business days of receiving completed answers to training program questions and all requested information, or at least 2 calendar days prior to scheduled start date if desired start date is more than 6 business days after receiving completed answers and requested information. Michael Elias may alternatively schedule a different mutually agreed upon delivery date with client based on individual circumstances and desired start date.
If you purchase, but do not begin or cannot complete a training or nutrition program, or other coaching sessions due to a medical issue, injury, or significant life event, PhysiqueFX LLC will extend you a program credit for the balance of your remaining program time or sessions purchased. You may use this credit to begin or continue your PhysiqueFX program at a later date with full support, up to 2 years from the original start date of your program.
In the event that a client cannot, or chooses not to continue, credit for time or sessions remaining on a program will be based on the date notice was given to PhysiqueFX LLC of the qualifying medical issue or life event, and based on the official start and end date of the purchased program, or the number of unused coaching sessions remaining.
No monetary refunds or credits will be given if a client purchases a program or coaching sessions but does not begin, schedule, follow through with, or complete the program or sessions purchased.
By purchasing or beginning a training program, nutrition plan, or coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
Michael Elias, and PhysiqueFX LLC strongly recommend that you consult your doctor and get medical approval before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

You agree that any information, instruction or advice obtained from Michael Elias or PhysiqueFX LLC will be used at your own risk.
Michael Elias and PhysiqueFX LLC strongly advise you to get medical approval from your doctor before using any nutritional supplements.
If you choose not to seek medical approval before using any recommended nutritional supplements, you do so by your own choice and at your own risk.

You agree to release and discharge Michael Elias and PhysiqueFX LLC from any and all responsibilities or liabilities from injury or other claims arising from your participation in any exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program designed on your behalf.
